We end the year on a very positive note, being aware that we do not operate in our own wisdom and strength. We are extremely grateful to all who have stood by us throughout 2023. God’s favour and faithfulness have been evident every step of the way.

Those words cannot capture how we feel about the kindness and generosity we have received. Thank you for believing in us. Without you this would not be possible.
From bread, cakes, perishable and non perishable food, toiletries, eft deposits, clothing… you name it. We have been overwhelmed!
Marshalltown Fire
Shelter burnt to the ground claiming 77 lives We were part of a large team of churches and organisations supplying cooked meals for the displaced who were greatly traumatised by this tragedy. Many are still displaced.
Homeless Outreach – 21 October 2023
What an incredible day. When you give of yourself you end up the one receiving!
Edenvale Baptist Church hosted this day on their premises where those living on the streets came and were spoilt rotten. They were treated to a haircut and shave, toiletry pack, updated CV, cooked lunch , could choose clothing from our pre-loved clothing stand and were loved on with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Many were touched by this Kindness and I would like to commend EBC for organising such a special event.

People are generous and are joyful givers ☺ thank you!
This year we assisted 75 households with lovely, large food hampers. All school going children were given a backpack and basic stationary to get them started for the new school year, good luck learners!
We had 5 separate parties with yummy eats and gifts, it was a fun time and many experienced joy and laughter.
Ongoing Projects
Food Parcels, for those in need.
Vegetable gardens, we have planted and so grateful for 2 new very keen volunteers.
Daughters of dignity, supplying sanitary packs to a school in our area each month
Street outreaches in Edenvale with REVIVE, supplying cooked, healthy meals. Our last cook was 24 August
Distributing good quality 2nd hand clothing and food hampers to shelters (including GBV), individuals and the homeless
Visiting senior saints at a retirement village in our area and we also have 20 seniors we assist with food parcels.
Please continue to pray with us for Israel now and always!
