Rehumele – Christian Charity Organisation

The meaning of Rehumele according to some is “We are Wealthy”.
Not always monetarily- or financially-speaking, but also in the sense of being magnanimous. A sense of giving extravagantly.
“In wanting to serve others you tend to be extravagant” as someone once put it.
Hope House – a place for recovering addicts
Hope@Hand – reaching out and meeting the needs of our local communities
Support of a social worker in our community

Rehumele is a Section 18A organisation, registered with SARS as a PBO (Public Beneficiary Organisation) as set out in Section 30(3) of the Income Tax Act No 58 of 1962 for tax exemption.
A taxpayer making a bona fide donation in cash or of property in kind to a section 18A-approved organisation, is entitled to a deduction from taxable income if the donation is supported by the necessary section 18A receipt issued by the organisation.
